GRIPFAST® Heavy Duty Stair Treads, Nosings and Landings
are made from a durable GRP (glass reinforced polyester) sheet coated with a
‘near diamond hard’ aggregate.
They are designed to be
mechanically fixed over virtually any structurally sound and level substrate
including wood, concrete, steel, chequer-plate and open grating.
Resistant to oil and grease, they are suitable for both internal and
external use.
GRIPFAST® Heavy Duty Stair Treads, Nosings and
Landings incorporate a ‘through colour’ nosing to comply with the
Building/DDA regulations and have a design life of 30 years. |

and above.
Product grades:
• Barefoot, Pedestrian, Industrial
and Heavy Industrial.
Colours:
• Standard: black, yellow,
grey, red, blue, green and brown.
• Specific BS and RAL colours
available on application.
Maximum sheet size:
• 2440mm x
1220mm x 55mm downstand.
• Each sheet can be interlocked to create
larger sizes.

easier than timber panels to transport and move around.

A stepped access will satisfy requirement M1 or M2 if... ‘all nosings
are made apparent by means of a permanently contrasting material 55mm wide on
both the tread and the riser.’ |
